At Epic Design Pro, we are committed to delivering premium 3D Acoustic Wall Panels and professional installation services. Due to the nature of our products and labor arrangements, the following policies apply:
Sales Finality
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances once the sale, delivery, or installation is complete.
Customers are responsible for confirming product specifications, quantities, and site conditions prior to purchase.
No refunds will be issued for any reason once the sale, delivery, or installation of panels is completed.
Down Payments, Cancellations & Agreement to Terms
Once a down payment is received for a job, the order is considered confirmed and locked in.
No cancellations are permitted after the down payment is made.
If a customer insists on canceling the job after a down payment is received, no refund will be issued, as installer scheduling and labor resources will already have been committed.
Installers lose valuable work opportunities when projects are canceled, and Epic Design Pro must still honor partial compensation for their time and availability.
By paying a down payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions outlined on this Return Policy page at epicdesignpro.com.
Our acoustic panels are designed for simple, surface-level wall installation and are non-structural decorative treatments.
Epic Design Pro provides no warranty for any issues arising after or during installation.
Once the installation is complete and accepted, the project is deemed finalized and non-refundable.
Due to natural inconsistencies in wall, ceiling, and floor alignment, minor gaps between panels and edges (e.g., ceiling, floor, baseboards) are normal and expected. While our installers make every effort to minimize and mitigate such gaps, perfect alignment cannot be guaranteed. Installations are completed within reason and to the best of our ability.
Ownership of materials remains with Epic Design Pro until paid in full.
If payment is not completed, work may be stopped and uninstalled on site prior to completion, provided the materials have not yet been permanently affixed and the installer is still present.
Customers are encouraged to be present during installation or to ensure decision-makers are available on-site to address any issues in real time.
Nonpayment & Property Rights
If the customer fails to pay the remaining or final balance after job completion, Epic Design Pro reserves the right to:
File a mechanic’s lien against the property, or Pursue legal remedies for breach of contract and nonpayment.
The initial down payment will not be refunded in the event of nonpayment, cancellation, or panel removal due to breach.
The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring complete and timely payment upon project completion.
